The University maintains regular and constructive engagement with the NTEU.
Since 14 October 2024, representatives from the University and the NTEU have met more than 30 times. Senior leaders and staff have engaged with union representatives almost weekly over the past 10 months to discuss Renew ANU, implementation of the ANU Enterprise Agreement and local staffing matters.
The University values the collaborative and constructive meetings.
The University is committed to following the change management principles outlined in the Enterprise Agreement, and these guide every action taken under the Renew ANU initiative.
