Volunteer with us to celebrate our newest graduates

Graduation is one of the most meaningful milestones in a student’s journey, a moment filled with pride, joy, and anticipation for the future.

This year, you have the chance to be part of that celebration in a special way. The ANU Graduation Office is inviting alumni to help prepare and pack conferral documents for students who have recently graduated.

By volunteering your time, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering this moment of achievement to the next generation of graduates.

Join us in making graduation unforgettable. Your involvement will mean the world to those about to take their next big step, and just a few hours of your time can make a big difference.

All those who join as volunteers will also have the chance to record a personal message of encouragement, advice, or congratulations for our graduating students. These messages will be filmed on the day you volunteer and shared with graduands as a heartfelt way to celebrate their achievements and help welcome them into the ANU alumni community.

When: 16 to 19 December 2025
Sessions: Morning and afternoon options available
Times: 9.00am to 12.00noon and 1.00pm to 4.00pm.
