On Campus is the University's flagship staff newsletter, providing ANU students with important updates, opportunities and stories from across the University.
From mid-March 2026, On Campus is published weekly on Thursdays, complementing a separate all-student email from the Interim Vice-Chancellor.
We welcome submissions including:
- Essential information for studying or working at ANU (The Rundown section)
- Training, development, funding and scholarship opportunities
- Surveys and feedback requests
- Community stories, research news and achievements
- Internal events such as workshops and information sessions
Submission guidelines:
Content should be clear, concise and written for a general student audience. Include links to further information or a clear call to action. All content is curated by ANU Corporate Communications and must be submitted via the . More information about submission specifics is available on the form.
Submission deadline:
Submit content by COB Wednesday in the week prior to the intended publication edition. For example, if you would like your content to appear in the Thursday 26 March edition, your content must be submitted by COB on Wednesday 18 March. Late submissions may be considered for urgent items at the editor’s discretion.
