The Student Hub is your central place to get things sorted at ANU. We listen first, use your name and pronouns, and connect you with the right people so you can take the next step.
There is no wrong door. Whether you are enrolling in courses, sorting housing and finances, working out what to do when things do not go to plan, or making sense of ANU systems and processes, we are here to help.
Everyone is welcome. You are always welcome to bring a support person.
It is a space designed around you, so you can spend less time finding help and more time focusing on your ANU experience. Over time, more services will join the Student Hub so you can do even more in one visit.

At launch, the Student Hub brings together:
Student Central: your first stop for general student enquiries and administrative support.
for overseas student health cover (OSHC) assistance.
: for IT assistance including passwords, multi-factor authentication (MFA), accessing Wi-Fi on campus and more.
: for help with on-campus accommodation offers, scholarships, early contract changes, and other hall-related support.
