Women in Diplomacy: Evening screening of Mrs. Robinson, Panel Discussion, Q&A and Professional Networking

The Embassy of Ireland and the Embassy of France partnered with ANU Careers & Employability to present a unique industry engagement event which celebrated International Women in Diplomacy Day.

The initiative was designed to promote professional pathways into Diplomacy and International Relations, showcase the vital role and impact women have in this space, and strengthen the connection between the Embassies and campus.

The evening featured a unique format which included a screening of a documentary on the remarkable career of Mrs. Mary Robinson (Ireland's First Female President), followed by an insightful Q&A panel with female diplomats and culminated in a professional networking session that provided rare access to Ambassadors, senior diplomats and industry leaders.
