ANU College of Law, Governance & Policy - Academic Staff Member Elections to Academic Board 

The membership term for the current College of Law, Governance & Policy Representatives on Academic Board is set to expire on 2 May 2026. 

On 11 March 2026 a call for nominations was circulated to all eligible college academic staff to fill the three available positions. Staff wishing to nominate to fill these vacancies were provided with details to submit their nomination by the nomination deadline Friday 27 March 2026. Candidates successfully appointed to these vacancies will commence as a member on Academic Board on 3 May for a 2 year term. 

At the close of the nomination period 5pm Friday 27 March, the following nominations were received: 

• Associate Professor Jarrett Blaustein
• Dr Ruoying Chen
• Professor Jolyon Ford
• Professor Jane Golley
• Professor Ron Levy
• Professor Donald Rothwell

As there are more nominations than available vacancies, an online ballot will be held and all eligible academic staff members will be invited to vote. 

The voting poll opens on Tuesday 7 April 2026. All eligible voters will be sent a link to vote on this day. 

Voting closes on Tuesday 28 April 2026.
